FEES & BILLING

Private patients will be given an account after consultation with the Doctor. Veterans may sign a DVA service voucher.  The AMA fees form the basis of our billing structure, and fees and associated discounts are advertised at the front desk.  The standard consultation fee at the Clinic is $56.00. Patients paying on the day of consultation will receive a sizable discount ($9.50 on our standard consultation if paying in full; or $5.05 if paying gap). Concessional rates apply in some cases.  Please discuss these with your Doctor. Any questions regarding fees can be directed to either Reception staff, Office Supervisor or Doctors. We are always prepared to discuss methods of payment in cases of genuine financial hardship.  We can lodge your claim with Medicare on your behalf.  We have available EFTPOS and credit card facilities for Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners’ Club. All patients are requested to pay their accounts on the day of consultation.

An additional fee is charged if any medical procedures are performed, eg: repair of lacerations and/or fractures, removal of foreign bodies, ECG.
